macOSWindowsLinux

The short answer: open web.whatsapp.com, click into any conversation, press ⌃+⌥+R (Mac) or Ctrl+Alt+R (Windows/Linux), speak your reply, and AICHE inserts formatted text at your cursor. Works in private chats, group conversations, and broadcast replies.

In countries like India, Brazil, Germany, and across Southeast Asia, WhatsApp is the default business communication tool. Clients send project requirements over WhatsApp. Vendors negotiate pricing in WhatsApp groups. Your team coordinates deadlines in a group chat. This means you are writing business-critical messages in an app that was designed for casual texting, and on desktop, you have no voice input at all.

The mismatch is real. Your phone has WhatsApp voice messages and speech-to-text, but your desktop - where you do your actual work - forces you to type every word. So you either pick up your phone (breaking desktop workflow) or you type out long business replies on your keyboard (slow, especially for detailed responses). AICHE closes this gap by bringing voice input to WhatsApp Web.

  1. Open web.whatsapp.com in your browser and make sure your phone is connected.
  2. Select the conversation you need to respond to. This could be a client chat, a group, or a broadcast list.
  3. Click into the message field at the bottom of the chat window.
  4. Press ⌃+⌥+R on Mac or Ctrl+Alt+R on Windows/Linux to start recording.
  5. Speak your reply. For business messages, include specifics: prices, deadlines, deliverables, next steps.
  6. Press the hotkey again. AICHE transcribes and inserts the text. Message Ready formatting adds punctuation and structures your sentences.
  7. Review the text. If you are messaging a client, double-check the details, then press Enter to send.

Business replies that sound professional

WhatsApp business conversations often need a careful tone. You are talking to clients, suppliers, or partners who judge your professionalism partly by how your messages read. Typing quickly leads to typos, missing punctuation, and terse phrasing that can come across as rude or careless.

When you speak your reply with AICHE, Message Ready formatting takes your natural speech and outputs properly punctuated, well-structured text. "Hi Priya, thanks for sending over the updated requirements. I have reviewed them and everything looks good. We can start the design phase next Monday. I will send you a detailed timeline by end of day tomorrow." That took 12 seconds to say. Typing it with correct punctuation and professional phrasing would take over a minute.

This matters most when you are handling multiple client conversations at once. You can move through five client replies in the time it would take to carefully type two.

Group coordination without the chaos

WhatsApp groups for project teams, family events, or community organizations always have the same problem. Messages pile up, and responding to multiple threads of discussion requires long, context-heavy replies. Most people either write one-word responses that add nothing or avoid the group entirely because replying properly takes too much effort.

Voice input changes the cost calculation. Scroll through the group, read the recent messages, click into the reply field, press the hotkey, and speak a complete response that addresses the relevant points. "Regarding the venue, I checked with the hotel and they confirmed availability for March 15th. The capacity is 120 people which should work for our guest list. They need a deposit by end of this week. I can handle the deposit if someone else coordinates the catering." That is a useful group message. It took 15 seconds to say. Most people would not bother typing something that detailed.

Broadcast messages and bulk responses

If you use WhatsApp for business, you likely send similar updates to multiple contacts. A new product launch, a price change, a holiday schedule. WhatsApp broadcasts let you send to multiple contacts at once, but composing the message still requires typing.

Dictate the broadcast message with AICHE instead. Speak through all the key details once, review the text, and send to your broadcast list. For individually personalized follow-ups, click into each conversation and dictate a quick, specific reply. The per-message effort drops low enough that you actually follow up with everyone instead of just the top three contacts.

Heads-up: WhatsApp Web shows a "typing..." indicator to recipients when your cursor is in the message field. Since AICHE inserts text all at once rather than character by character, the recipient sees a brief typing indicator followed by the full message appearing instantly.

The pro-tip: if you communicate with contacts who speak a different language, enable AICHE's Translation feature. Speak in your native language and AICHE outputs English text, or speak in English and communicate with contacts who read better in another language. This is common in international business where WhatsApp bridges language gaps daily.

Result: managing a busy WhatsApp inbox with 30 business messages, 2 group conversations, and a broadcast update drops from 45 minutes of typing to about 12 minutes of dictation. Your replies are longer, clearer, and more professional because the cost of adding detail is almost zero.

Do this now: open WhatsApp Web, find the client or business conversation you have been procrastinating on because the reply needs to be detailed and professional, press your hotkey, and speak the response.
