Superhuman Integration

The short answer: open Superhuman, press C to compose, position cursor in message body, press ⌃+⌥+R (Mac) or Ctrl+Alt+R (Windows), speak for 30-90 seconds, and AICHE inserts your formatted email ready for Superhuman's lightning-fast send.

1. Open Superhuman on your Mac or Windows system.
2. Press C for new email or R for reply (using Superhuman shortcuts).
