AICHE +Hey Email Integration

The short answer: open HEY in your browser, click into the reply or compose field, press ⌃+⌥+R (Mac) or Ctrl+Alt+R (Windows/Linux), speak for 30-45 seconds, and AICHE inserts the formatted message at your cursor.

HEY's thoughtful email approach encourages detailed responses, but typing 200-300 word replies takes 8-12 minutes per message, limiting how many conversations you can meaningfully engage with.

1. Open HEY web interface.
2. Open an email and click Reply, or start a new message.
3. Click into the compose field.
4. Press your AICHE hotkey to start recording.
5. Speak your complete response naturally.
6. Press the hotkey again-AICHE transcribes and inserts the text.
7. Review and click Send.
