AICHE +Notion Integration
Voice input for knowledge management
Speak your notes directly into Notion pages.
The short answer: open any Notion page, click where you want text, press ⌃+⌥+R (Mac) or Ctrl+Alt+R (Windows/Linux), speak for 30-60 seconds, and AICHE transcribes and inserts the formatted text at your cursor.
Notion's mobile app has voice input, but desktop users must type or switch to their phone mid-workflow, breaking concentration during knowledge capture.
- Open Notion in your browser or desktop app.
- Click into any text block, database property, or new page.
- Press your AICHE hotkey to start recording.
- Speak your content naturally, including any thoughts as they come.
- Press the hotkey again-AICHE transcribes, applies formatting if enabled, and inserts the text.
- Continue building your note or press the hotkey for another block.
Heads-up: when adding to database properties like "Summary" or "Notes," click directly in the field before recording. The text inserts exactly where your cursor sits.
The pro-tip: enable Content Organization in settings before capturing stream-of-consciousness notes. Your rambling thoughts get structured into clear paragraphs automatically.
Result: a 400-word meeting note that takes 8 minutes to type becomes 90 seconds of dictation, and you capture ideas while they're fresh instead of losing them to typing delay.
Do this now: open your daily notes page in Notion, press your hotkey, and dictate everything you're thinking about your current project.
