AICHE +Wordpress Integration
Voice input for blog posts
Speak your blog posts directly into WordPress.
The short answer: open the WordPress editor, click into any paragraph block, press ⌃+⌥+R (Mac) or Ctrl+Alt+R (Windows/Linux), speak for 45-60 seconds, and AICHE inserts the transcribed content at your cursor position.
WordPress powers over 40% of the web. That means millions of people are typing into the Gutenberg block editor every day, creating blog posts, business pages, product descriptions, and documentation. The block editor is powerful for layout and formatting, but every text block still needs someone to type the words. For content creators who publish 2-4 posts per week, the typing is the bottleneck between ideas and published content. A 1,500-word blog post takes 60-90 minutes to type by hand. That same post takes 10-15 minutes to speak and another 15-20 minutes to edit and format. The time savings add up fast when you are publishing regularly.
- Open your WordPress admin panel and click "Add New Post" or "Add New Page."
- The Gutenberg editor loads with a title block and an empty paragraph block.
- Type your post title, then click into the paragraph block below it.
- Press ⌃+⌥+R on Mac or Ctrl+Alt+R on Windows/Linux to start recording.
- Speak your content at a natural pace. Cover one section or topic per dictation pass.
- Press the hotkey again to stop. AICHE transcribes and inserts the formatted text into the block.
- Add new blocks for headings, images, or lists between your dictated paragraph blocks.
Blog post drafting in the Gutenberg block editor
The block editor organizes content into discrete blocks: paragraphs, headings, images, lists, quotes, and dozens of other types. Every text-based block accepts typed input, and every text-based block works with AICHE. The practical workflow is to dictate into paragraph blocks and then structure the content using Gutenberg's block controls afterward.
Speak your entire introduction into one paragraph block. Then add a Heading block (type /heading or click the plus icon), type the heading text, and click into the next paragraph block to dictate the next section. Work through your article section by section. Each dictation pass covers one logical chunk of content, maybe 100-200 words per pass. This approach works better than trying to dictate the entire article in one continuous stream because it gives you natural pause points to review what you just said and adjust your thinking for the next section.
For list-based content like "10 tips" or "how-to" articles, dictate each item separately. Speak the first tip, let AICHE transcribe it, then add a new paragraph block for the next tip. After all items are dictated, select each block and convert it to a List block using the block toolbar.
WooCommerce product descriptions
If your WordPress site runs WooCommerce, product descriptions are a constant writing task. Each product needs a short description for the catalog view and a long description for the product page. Multiply that by hundreds of products and you have a significant content workload.
Voice makes product descriptions faster and more natural. Open a product in the WooCommerce editor, click into the description field, press the hotkey, and describe the product the way you would to a customer standing in front of you. The spoken description captures benefits, use cases, and specifications in a conversational tone that often converts better than stiff, keyword-stuffed copy. For the short description, speak one or two sentences that cover the core value proposition. For the long description, speak for 60-90 seconds covering features, materials, sizing, or whatever details matter for the product.
Page content and comment moderation
WordPress is not just a blog. Business sites use pages for About, Services, FAQ, Contact, and dozens of other static content types. These pages need periodic updates, and each update involves typing new content or rewriting existing sections. Voice speeds up page maintenance. Click into any text block on the page, dictate the updated content, and save.
Comment moderation is another daily task for active WordPress sites. When readers leave comments that deserve a reply, the response quality affects whether they come back. Typing thoughtful replies to 10-15 comments takes 20-30 minutes. With AICHE, click Reply under a comment, press the hotkey, speak your response, and submit. Each reply takes 15-20 seconds of speaking. You work through the comment queue in minutes instead of sitting down for a dedicated reply session.
Heads-up: dictate into paragraph blocks first, then convert to headings, lists, or other block types using Gutenberg's block toolbar. This separates content creation from document structure and keeps you in a dictation flow. Also, WordPress auto-saves drafts, but press Ctrl+S (or Cmd+S on Mac) after each dictation pass if you want to be safe.
The pro-tip: enable Content Organization in AICHE settings before dictating how-to posts, tutorials, or any structured content. Your spoken explanation gets organized into clear, well-structured paragraphs that readers can follow step by step. This works particularly well for WordPress tutorial content where logical flow matters.
Result: a 1,500-word blog post that takes 90 minutes of typing becomes 15 minutes of dictation plus 20 minutes of formatting and editing in Gutenberg. You publish 3x more frequently. Product description writing for 50 WooCommerce items drops from a full day to about 2 hours.
Do this now: open a new WordPress post, click into the first paragraph block, press your hotkey, and dictate the introduction to your next article. Speak naturally for 60 seconds and see how much usable content appears.
