You can permanently delete your AICHE account through our self-service deletion page. This action is irreversible.
Delete My Account (requires login)
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed:
- Your profile and login credentials
- All connected devices and sessions
- OAuth connections (Google, Apple, GitHub)
- API keys and desktop auth tokens
- All stored preferences and settings
What's Retained (Legal Requirement)
For tax and audit compliance, we retain:
- Payment history (anonymized - your personal info is removed)
- Anonymized usage statistics
Your name and email are replaced with anonymous identifiers in these records.
What's Already Gone
AICHE doesn't retain much to begin with:
- Audio files are purged after processing
- No voice profiles or learning data (we don't build these)
- No long-term transcript archive (a temporary session cache holds text until 24 hours after your last recording on that device)
Our servers do keep minimal operational metadata, such as processing duration, success rates, and error codes. That metadata never contains your audio or your text. See the Privacy Policy for the full list and how long we keep it.
How It Works
